Job title: Senior Client Relationship Manager

Role:  Tobie is the first port of call for clients, lenders and conveyancers with any queries about mortgage applications, and is responsible for processing cases and ensuring they progress from offer to completion in a smooth and timely manner.

Experience: Tobie is extremely experienced in dealing with mortgage applications, obtaining his CeMAP qualification in 2012 he has worked in the industry since. Prior to this, Tobie spent 12 years working for a debt recovery firm.
