Role: Chris is principally a buy to let specialist so if you’re just thinking of investing in property, call Chris for a great insight into the finance side of things. 

Chris’s clients include professional landlords with considerable portfolios, who often have very complex borrowing requirements. He is regularly asked for assistance in financing HMOs, multi-units and semi-commercial properties and has an almost encyclopaedic knowledge of which lenders can help. 

Chris also has a comprehensive understanding of the needs of customers looking for commercial mortgages and property development finance. He is particularly expert at sourcing solutions for property investors looking for finance in a limited company capacity.  

Experience: Prior to joining MFB, Chris held a number of customer-focused senior management roles within NatWest in a career stretching nearly three decades. In particular, he spent many years as a personal banking manager looking after high net worth clients. Chris holds certificates in Business Banking and Conduct (CertBB&C), Money Laundering Prevention and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) with the National Association of Finance Brokers (NACFB).
