So who are we looking for?
We’d like experienced and qualified (CeMAP 3) mortgage brokers who are looking to develop their skills and career in an independent and whole of market brokerage. You will be an efficient independent worker but also able to work closely with other brokers and our dedicated case managers, sharing knowledge and experience with the team for the benefit of our clients. You will put clients at the heart of what you do, building lasting business relationships through your exemplary customer service skills and a can-do attitude for complex cases.

Experience in one or more of the following areas desired:

• Buy to let (vanilla and complex)
• Commercial and semi-commercial property finance for both investors and owner-occupiers
• Property development finance
• Residential mortgages

We’re on the look out for an experienced, CeMAP qualified Mortgage and Protection Supervisor to join our growing team!

What will you be doing? 

You will play a key role in ensuring we meet regulatory requirements relating to mortgage and protection advice. With a focus on integrity and attention to detail, you will be responsible for safeguarding the interests of our clients by ensuring we deliver the best possible outcomes through the delivery of quality advice.

So who are we looking for?

• Knowledge of FCA regulatory requirements
• Experience in supervising a team of mortgage and protection consultants
• Experience in file reviews in relation to mortgage and protection advice
• CEMAP is essential
• Coaching and mentoring skills
• Able to tackle difficult conversations
• Planning and organisation skills
