Role: Team Leader of Client Services
Samantha is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and oversight of the Client Services Team. She works closely with the Client Relationship Managers to ensure they deliver great service and outcomes for our customers. 

Experience: Before starting her role as Team Leader, Samantha was a Client Relationship Manager. This meant she was the first port of call for clients, lenders and conveyancers with any queries about mortgage applications, and wasresponsible for processing cases and ensuring they progressed from offer to completion in a smooth and timely manner.

Interests: Outside of work you will find Samantha taking her dog for a walk and is currently working on a renovating a property. Her other favourite things are holidays, city breaks and spending time with her family.
