Role: Peter joins the commercial team with over 29 years experience within a corporate high street bank. Working in roles including underwriting, internal audit and project management, and the last 16 years as a Relationship Manager dealing with the day to day lending requirements of a portfolio of c.250 SME’s.

Specialising in owner occupied commercial property, he is motivated by the access MFB has to a wide variety of well-known and smaller specialist finance lenders.

Experience: My 16 years as a Relationship Manager has given me a comprehensive insight into the day to day problems faced by a diverse range of small business owners. A common theme were the obstacles they faced when looking to enhance their business by the purchase of their own freehold premises.

By being able to look ‘outside of the box’ when addressing these issues, invariably a suitable solution is found for the client to move forward.
