Role: A role that does exactly what it says on the tin, Michael controls the inward and outward flow the company's finances. But more than that, as part of the senior management team, Michael has a knack for producing the most incredibly detailed management information that helps keep the business on track.

Michael works closely with finance director, Simon Whittaker.

Experience: Apart from financial services, Michael has worked across a variety of sectors including logistics and distribution. For many years he followed a career in project and IT management, including a period with IBM Global Services. However, so good was he with numbers, money, procedures and sytems, he made the transition to finance. And we are jolly glad he did.
