Role: Quality Manager
Linda is responsible for ensuring that all business submissions meet the quality standards set out by the company. Working closely with the consultants, Linda makes sure that the business and its staff are performing to the quality guidelines, to guarantee that our clients are treated fairly, equally, and to the best of our ability.

Qualifications: CeMap 1,2 & 3

Experience: Having spent over 13 years working in customer services roles within the financial services sector for well-known banks including Woolwich and Barclays, Linda gained valuable experience as a case manager before progressing up to Head of Client Services. Linda is CeMAP qualified and holds a certificate in Money Laundering Prevention. Linda is also one of our Mental Health first aiders.
