Job title: Director of Client Services

Role: Joanne is responsible for ensuring all processes and procedures comply with the relevant regulation as outlined by both the Financial Conduct Authority and the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers. She is also responsible for ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and put our clients at the heart of everything we do.

Experience: Joanne has over 20 years experience in the financial services industry. Starting her career as a paraplanner for Inter-Alliance plc, Joanne then spent 10 years' at Santander where she held numerous roles including mortgage adviser, branch manager and regional sales manager. Leaving the bank, Joanne moved into a practice manager role at a London based wealth management company. Prior to joining MFB, Joanne's most recent venture was launching a protection brokerage.
