Role:  As Junior Risk and Compliance Manager, Alice works alongside the Head Of Compliance, ensuring all processes and procedures comply with the relevant regulations. Alice also assists in ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and put our clients at the heart of everything we do.

Experience: Before joining the MFB team, Alice worked in the new build sales industry for five years, and comes to us with ample experience with mortgages and properties. She also has a degree in Business Management and Economics.

Interests: Alice is a big football fan and enjoys a lot of cooking!
